Event Management

During each of the past events, CSTT was responsible for securing and booking accommodations for the athletes, coaches, referees, families and fans. For each World Championship Event, we house the teams in university dormitories and hotels. This allowed us to monitor and coordinate the necessary transportation to and from the event, and to provide meals for the athletes. CSTT can and will also organize day trips for any team that wish to travel to a scenic area of the city/province/state that is hosting the event.

Here are some points of our service that we can offer you.

• We will organize accommodations for the players, athletes, and fans at the BEST RATES possible
• We will help with travel packages for teams, and officials to and from the event
• We will coordinate day trips for the teams
• We will PAY YOUR ORGANIZATION a commission on every room night and package that was booked through CSTT Sports.
