NEW - Two classifications of the Rec Divisions - Rec 1 & Rec 2!
Returning on the weekend of November 6 - 8, 2009, will be the 15th edition of the OWHA London Ladies Classic Senior Tournament held at the beautiful Western Fair Sports Centre in the heart of downtown London, Ontario, Canada.
The Facility
The Western Fair Sports Centre is a fantastic four-pad facility equipped with a licensed bar and a restaurant overlooking the Olympic-sized pad and a huge licensed and heated viewing area of the other three pads. Huge dressing rooms with showers and ample parking all add to suit the needs of your team! The sports complex is connected by an enclosed walkway to the Western Fair Casino right across the street!
Accommodations
You have your choice of accommodations in London to suit every group and budget. Registration with the CSTT Sports management team will insure that they take care of all of the details. Hotels are available both downtown, a five minute drive from the Western Fair Sports Centre or off highway #401 on Wellington Road! Just register and let CSTT take care of your needs!
Shopping and Dining
Restaurants and stores are plentiful both along Richmond Row and in Masonville Mall, in north London, in Whiteoaks Mall and along Wellington Road in south London near the Highway #401!
History
Over the years this event has grown as teams from all over Ontario and the northern USA have used the London Ladies Tournament as a starting point to open their new season. Every year there have been at least 5-6 different levels of competition. Last year teams had to be turned away as divisions filled up early . With the changes to the 15th edition of the tournament, including longer games, we can expect this years event to grow and fill quickly!
Registration
All teams MUST register with CSTT Sports to be accepted. Forward your entry fee and you are in!
Early Bird Entry fee! Save your team some money! Send in your entry fee in full by July 1, 2009 and take advantage of the early bird saving of $75.00!!
All early entry fees must be paid in full by July 1, 2009 (NO postdated cheques will be accepted and all cheques should be made out to Dekes Sports c/o 23 Coachwood Cr. London, Ontario N6K 3C8). Player rosters may be submitted in the fall and must be received by October 15, 2009. All division schedules will be prepared on that date. There will be games beginning at 7pm on Friday evening!! All teams will be guaranteed three games!
All teams must register with CSTT and stay at the tournament sponsored hotels to be accepted into this years event!
