Wolfpack Minor Lacrosse

Please note the following:

1) Entry fee is $550 per team. A discount of $50.00 per team is given if more than one team registers from the same Association (i.e. Whitby registers a novice and peewee team…both teams pay $500 per team instead of $550 per team).
2) Registration is limited to six teams per division. Each team is guaranteed three games.
3) Deadline for entry is May 15, 2010. No refunds will be given after May 15, 2010.
4) Player list is due by May 1, 2010.
5) The Tournament Committee reserves the right to modify tournament play in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
6) Teams will receive a total of 20 prizes/team, we will do our best to include the appropriate sizes for each of the teams.
7) All cheques are to be made payable to “Innisfil Minor Lacrosse Association”.
8) Your application WILL NOT be accepted until payment is received in full
