Training at St. Andrew’s in Boca Raton, Florida offers you a beautiful new 8-lane 50-meter facility just off of I-95.  St. Andrew’s can host teams all year round and have long course training in the mornings and short course training in the afternoon.  St. Andrew’s has a spacious strength training facility adjacent to the Olympic Size Pool and also have classrooms, gymnasiums or wrestling rooms available for your use.

Sample Daily Outline

Day 1

  • Arrive in Ft. Lauderdale Florida
  • You will be greeted by a member of CSTT’s Tournament Staff at the airport where they will assist you in getting aboard your bus and getting to Lauderdale-by-the Sea.
  • Arrive in Lauderdale-by-the Sea and check into your hotel accommodations
  • Remainder of the day to relax on the beach.

Day 2

  • Breakfast.
  • Swim Training in the morning. (2 hour session)
  • 90 Min Dryland workout (this may be shorter if you wish)
  • In the afternoon you can plan to spend time at the beach, sightsee or shop.
  • Late afternoon or evening Swim Training. (2 hour session)

Day 3

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Swim Training in the morning. (2 hour session)
  • 90 Min Dryland workout (this may be shorter if you wish)
  • Drive down to spend the afternoon at the world famous Miami Beach.
  • Late afternoon or evening Swim Training. (2 hour session)

Day 4

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Swim Training in the morning. (2 hour session)
  • 90 Min Dryland workout (this may be shorter if you wish)
  • Sightsee in and around Hollywood.
  • Late afternoon or evening Swim Training. (2 hour session)

Day 5

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Swim Training in the morning (2 hour session)
  • 90 Min Dryland workout (this may be shorter if you wish)
  • Drive up to NASA Visitor Center @ JFK Space Center for the afternoon.
  • Evening Swim Training (2 hour session)

Day 6

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Swim Training in the morning (2 hour session)
  • 90 Min Dryland workout (this may be shorter if you wish)
  • In the afternoon (1:30pm) you will enjoy the World Famous Jungle
  • Queen Riverboat Cruise
  • Late afternoon or evening Swim Training (2 hour session)

Day 7

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Swim Training in the morning (2 hour session)
  • 90 Min Dryland workout (this may be shorter if you wish)
  • In the afternoon you can plan to spend time at the beach, sightsee or shop.
  • Late afternoon or evening Swim Training (2 hour session)

Day 8

  • Breakfast
  • Relax before catching you return flight home.
