ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) commissioner John Sullivan has announced a three-year partnership with CSTT Sport Travel as the Official Accommodations Partner of the conference and its member institutions.
Under the agreement which begins this month, CSTT Sport Travel will assist in securing the appropriate number of accommodations to sufficiently house all road travel while guaranteeing low group rates. CSTT will provide coaches the opportunity to book by phone or online, and access to an online database to allow them to monitor rooming lists and accommodation information.
“We are very pleased to make CSTT Sports Travel the Official Accommodations Partner of the AAC,” said Sullivan. “This partnership offers a customized, flexible approach to travel bookings that accommodates the preferences and budgets of each of our teams while generating a commission back to the institution. It will also take an administrative burden from our athletic staffs. We see it as a win-win arrangement and look forward to a long, fruitful relationship.”
CSTT Sport Travel has become an industry leader in event management and sports accommodations. Since its incorporation in 1998, CSTT has revolutionized the industry through innovative and thorough execution of events across North America.
“CSTT is proud to be the official accommodations partner of the Appalachian Athletic Conference,” said Gary Curgin, president of CSTT Sports Management International. “We understand sports and team travel and look forward to working with all of the schools and coaches to make the process as easy as possible.”
