Sport-Travel is a member of TICO (registration #50009409) and IATA. These guarantee our standards of trading and provide financial security for you and your group.

CHANGES BY SPORT-TRAVEL

Amendments to tours are unlikely but do sometimes occur, as arrangements are made well in advance of the departure date and with suppliers over which Sport-Travel has no direct control. In such events, we reserve the right to make changes. In the event a change is required, you have the following options:

  1. Accept the change as presented by Sport-Travel.
  2. Cancel your booking, in which case a full refund (excluding 5% admin fee) is to be made by Sport-Travel, with no compensation payable.

Sport-Travel may have to make a change to your booking for the following reason:

Force Majeure – Events beyond the control of Sport-Travel covering, but not limited to, acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or another natural disaster), war, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activity, pandemic, and strike. In the event of Force Majeure, we will not accept liability and reserve the right to cancel or change bookings. In such circumstances, you will have the choice of accepting changes and continuing as before or treating the contract as terminated. Sport-Travel shall refund all payments not already committed to your tour, after deducting costs incurred by Sport-Travel (including without limitation, expenses and costs incurred because of the circumstances amounting to Force Majeure)

COMPLAINTS

Many issues during the planning and execution of a tour are only minor and can be sorted out immediately if they are brought to the attention of your Sport-Travel designated contact. If you have any complaint about the tour you should first bring it to the attention of the supplier (e.g., the Bus Driver) and secondly to your Sport-Travel designated contact. Every effort will be made to rectify an issue that exists. Any complaint which cannot be resolved immediately must be made in writing and received at our tour office in London, Ontario. Your complaint will be acknowledged in no less than 7 days and you will receive a full reply within 20 business days.

TICKETS

Any tickets sold, either as part of any package or separately, are sold subject to all limitations of liability imposed by the issuer of the tickets and organizers and operators of the event sold. No refund will be made should the event be canceled or postponed, beyond a reasonable proportion of any refund received by Sport-Travel.

MINIMUM NUMBERS

All tour packages have been created under the assumption the group will achieve a minimum number of passengers. In the unlikely event this number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the tour, offer an alternative, or refund all monies paid. We will notify the client no less than 2 weeks prior to departure if the minimum numbers have not been reached.
